Doug Verkaik – President

DKV is a mid-size company and Doug is involved in every part of the building process to make sure you are taken care of throughout the creation of your home. We take pride in every home we build for our clients and give extra care towards making your home match your dream. Our vision is to provide the unexpected in each one of our home designs. When we merged two familiar design concepts, we created a fresh new style and that is how our brand “Where Coastal meets Contemporary” was born.

Kai – New Home Sales Specialist

Kai is a very successful real estate broker who helps match our clients with their perfect dream home. He will also assist you through the financing approval stage and support you until the final close of your new DKV home.

Suzanne brings her passion and talent for design into every DKV home. Many homes are finished completely from her vision, while others are designed specifically around the client’s dream. Suzanne will work closely with you to guide you through the many choices and to help you create the beautiful home you’ve always wanted.

Joe – Engineer

Joe has more than 30 years of experience providing engineering services to the construction industry. He will ensure your DKV home is built with attention to detail and according to the most up- to-date industry standards.
